Part III of Directors
Article No. 10: Organizing a list of the Statute of the Foundation and the outline of the formations responsible for the administrative management of the institution, and determine the Rules of Procedure Details of the action, not inconsistent with the statute and regulations applicable laws in the Arab Republic of Egypt.



Chapter I Board of Trustees
Article No. 11: The Foundation is managed by the Board of Trustees composed of seven members elected by the founding conditions, and conditions specified in the list of the Statute.


Article No. 12: Meetings of the Board of Trustees is divided into two types:
• periodic meetings of the regular rate of once a month at least.
• Extraordinary meetings when required, and be devoted to consideration of specific points without other things.


Article No. 13: The Council's invitation, and determine its agenda:
• The President of the Foundation Board of Trustees of the invitation before the date of the meeting, not less than two days, and are required to clarify the agenda circulated at the heart of the call while accepting the debate in the emerging work in the regular periodic meetings only.

Article No. 14: Board Meetings

Article No. 15: minutes of meetings

Article No. 16: general points

Chapter II of the Foundation Jean
Article No. 17: The Board of Trustees formation or dissolution of any committee to act as a permanent or temporary to ensure that work in an institutional manner. Article No. 19: In case of absence of one of the members of any committee of the meetings of the Committee to which it belongs for three consecutive meetings, or half the number of annual meetings without an acceptable excuse members are entitled to drop the membership of this Committee member who repeated his absence, to raise this subject for the first meeting of the Board of Trustees following the date of dropping the membership, so as to appoint another member to replace the member who repeated his absence.

Chapter III of the Membership Committee
Article No. 21:
1. Constitute the Membership Committee from a member of the Board of Trustees and two members of the organization.

2. Membership Committee is concerned with the following functions:
• Review and screening of applicants for membership and to ensure the validity of their statements as conditions of membership of each type of membership.

• View the names of applicants on the Board of Trustees to take appropriate decision on joining.

• To prepare reports on the satisfaction of members, and presented to the Board of Trustees through questionnaires on the site or directly with members and compile the proposals of members to work on the implementation of the right ones.



Chapter IV of the Public Relations Committee
Article No. 22:
1. A Public Relations Committee of a member of the Board of Trustees and two members of the organization.

2. Specializes in Public Relations Committee, the following functions:
• establishing the largest possible network of constructive relations of the institution with all entities working in the field of activity locally, regionally, and internationally in order to maximize the role of the institution.

• Develop marketing plans of the institution accompanied by due diligence and feasibility studies, implementation mechanisms and presented to the Board of Trustees.

• To supervise the implementation of marketing plans for the institution.
• prepare a prospectus on the most important activities and achievements of the Foundation and published regularly or periodically.


Chapter V of the Finance Committee
Article No. 23:
1. Constitute the Finance Committee of the Treasurer and two other members of the organization.

2. Jurisdiction of the Finance Committee in accordance with the following terms of controls, and standards established by the Board of Trustees:
• maximizing the financial performance of the institution.

• the development of projects the financial budget of the institution and its activities and present to the Board of Trustees for approval.

• Monitoring the movements of the financial institution and its machinery and its committees.

• to seek grants, and donations from all donors.



Chapter VI of the executive branch
Article No. 24: head the Foundation's Executive Director to be appointed and determine remuneration and allowances through the Board of Trustees.


Article No. 25: The manager of the institution powers to communicate with all internal and external, and sign contracts on behalf of the corporation that does not conflict with the mandate of the President of the Board of Trustees under the Rules of the Statute.


Article No. 26: The Director shall be responsible by the members of the Board of Trustees for the supervision of the performance of the executive branch of the Foundation, and guidance and follow-up on a daily basis, ensuring the organization's goals and plans.


Article 27: Director of the Foundation for the powers to appoint members of the executive branch of the Foundation, and the proposal of reward and motivation, as well as sanctions that are imposed on them on the Board of Trustees.


Article No. 28: Director of the Foundation assists in the past director of operations for a full-time delegate to him part of his powers.

Chapter VII of the partners

Research institutions:

B. To be members of the Foundation for Advanced Research 10 "ten" research in the field, at least in the magazines or international conferences.

D. To pay the research institution 3000 "three thousand" pounds once and at least one membership fee to support the activities of the institution.

And. Approval of 3 "three" members of the Board of Trustees at least on its membership.



Businesses:
A. Commercial company working in the area and its product (s) in the field of information technology and with a good reputation.

B. Have at least 10 "ten" customers for their products.

C. It is recommended that some of the workers deployed in the field of scientific or patents.

D. Pay the membership fee 3000 "three thousand" pounds once and at least one to support the activities of the institution.

And. Approval of 3 "three" members of the Board of Trustees at least on its membership.

Article 31: rights of members of the Commission Partners:
Enjoy the members of this Committee the following rights:
• has the right to use the techniques and ammunition language and participate in all activities of the Foundation available price of the founders.

Chapter VIII of the researchers
Article No. 32: conditions of membership in obtaining a doctorate:
1. Must have a doctorate, and have a 3 "three" research is available at least in the work of the institution.

2. To submit the names of 3 "three" of the teachers in the field of institution can take the letters of recommendation from them.

3. To pay an annual subscription of $ 300 "three hundred" pounds.

4. Agree 3 "three" members of the Board of Trustees to grant the membership of the Commission researchers.

6. Allows collective partnership of a number of faculty members from the same overall reduction of the participation of 10% for each member after the first member of up to 50%, that is:

Article No. 33: Conditions for membership of students:

Article No. 34: Rights of members of the researchers:
1. Benefit members of this Committee at a reduced price of ammunition and linguistic technologies.

2. Participate in all conferences and various activities of the Center.



Chapter IX of the beneficiaries
Article No. 35: It aims to involve companies and institutions in various areas which could benefit from technologies like the Arabic language and in terms of activity in support of the organization, and on the other hand refer to the Foundation think tank in the field.


Article No. 36: Privacy Statement:
1. To be an Egyptian or foreign institution before its work more than three years, and with a good reputation in the field of specialization.

2. Pay the membership fee 3000 "three thousand" pounds once and at least one to support the activities of the institution.

3. Approval of 3 "three" members of the Board of Trustees at least on its membership.


Article No. 37: Rights of members of the beneficiaries:
1. Allow the institution access to the research and calendars that are on research and technologies, and products of the Center in the area of specialization.

2. Announced as a member taking advantage of the Center's website.

3. Have the right to facilitate access to an advisory service of any of the members of the Center as consultants, whether individuals or institutions in the specialty.
